Component, fixtures & tooling designs carried out on Catia V5, Draw tool simulation on Autoform R7.

The ability to machine materials up to 60 HRc.

Experienced in cutting Composites and Aluminium for items such as hammer forms.

The ability to repair Dies short term through various methods to get them back into production while long term fixes are machined in the background.
